Morning: Arusha National Park

07:00 AM – Pick-up from Hotel in Moshi: Start your day early with a pick-up from your hotel in Moshi.

07:45 AM – Arrival at Arusha National Park: After government registration, begin your adventure with a game drive. Spot wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and various bird species.

10:30 AM – Ngurdoto Crater: Visit the Ngurdoto Crater for stunning views and a chance to see more wildlife in their natural habitat.

Late Morning: Walking Safari

11:30 AM – Walking Safari: Experience a guided walking safari with an armed ranger who will guide you through the rainforest to a sparkling waterfall. You’ll spot black and white colobus monkeys going about their day and get up close to the wildlife. Learn about the park’s diverse ecosystems and flora and fauna.

12:30 PM – Land Cruiser Game Drive: After a tasty lunch, hop in the Land Cruiser for a game drive that will take you through a wider scope of the park, including the Lakes of Momella and the Ngurdoto Crater. You’ll most likely spot buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, warthogs, zebra, and gazelle, as well as a host of different bird species. If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the shy leopard or elephant.

Midday: Picnic Lunch

Early Afternoon: Arusha Cultural Heritage

02:00 PM – Depart from Arusha National Park to Arusha Cultural Heritage Centre: Head towards the Arusha Cultural Heritage Centre.

03:30 PM – Cultural Heritage Centre: Explore the rich collection of Maasai jewelry, paintings, and artifacts representing Tanzania’s diverse cultures. Learn about the history and heritage of the region through the exhibits.

Late Afternoon: Maasai Market and Local Community Visit

04:30 PM – Maasai Market: Visit the bustling Maasai Market to shop for souvenirs, traditional crafts, and local products. Engage with local artisans and learn about their craft-making techniques.
